Five Eagle Golfers Sign To Continue Playing At Next Level
Coming off a second place finish at the District Tournament, Meridian Community College Golf had five golfers ink with four-year college and universities. The five Eagles signed during a ceremony Monday on the Meridian Community College campus.

Dalton Baskin will continue his playing career at Blue Mountain College. Parker Brooks signed to continue playing at Mississippi College. Will Kidder will play his final two seasons at Delta State University. Logan Meadows will continue his playing career at the Mississippi University for Women. Kade Pitts signed to play at William Carey University.

“I am so proud of these young men. They have represented MCC well for two years and have elevated our golf program to national prominence. Each will do well at their new schools. We’ve had 10 sophomores over the past two years and all 10 have committed or will commit to playing at universities. That is attributed directly to the caliber of student-athletes they have been.” Said MCC Head Coach Ronnie Key.

The Eagles will compete in the NJCAA National Tournament May 21-24 in Plymouth, Indiana.
