“I am very proud of these guys. This week was the most difficult mentally and physically that I have been a part of. We had rain every day, multiple delays, and even a very rare re-start of a round. The wind conditions were extremely difficult but these guys played with a lot of heart. These sophomores will all be sorely missed. Each of them are moving on to play at universities so we will continue to follow them. We are very appreciative of MCC for providing the opportunity to go to nationals and Northwood and Briarwood for being so good to us.” Said Head Coach Ronnie Key.

The Eagles finished the 2018-19 season with a top ten national ranking and had two golfers chosen for the PING All-American team. Mitchell Fifer was selected as a First Team All-American. Will Kidder was also selected as Honorable Mention All-American. In addition to the All-American Honors, Fifer and Kidder were selected to the East Region NJCAA Division II PING All-Region Team.
