Bullard, TX- The Eagles make a strong push on day 2 of the TJC Invitational to finish in 4th place.

Bradley Wright shot 77, 70 to make his way onto the all-tournament team, and second overall at the TJC Invitational. His outstanding play helped the Eagles shoot the low round on Tuesday at Oak Hurst Golf Club in Bullard, TX. Head Coach Ronnie Key said, "I am proud of the guys for stepping up the second day and having the best team round of the day. We played well the entire tournament except the last 6 holes of the day on Monday. I believe our best golf is in front of us with a little more experience."

The event featured some highly ranked teams like Blinn College ranked 16 in the NJCAA Div 1 poll, and the host school Tyler Junior College ranked 7th in the NJCAA D2 poll.

Rounding out the scoring for the Eagles was Ethan Dyess, who shot 78,76, Garret Gray 82,76, Michael Fain 81,78, and Brett Baker 81,80.

The next tournament for the Eagles will be March 9-10, at Canebrake Country Club in Hattiesburg, MS, as part of the William Carey Invitational.
